  • Create an account on SyndicateRental.com (or log in if you’re a returning client).

    Select your gear and add it to your cart.

    Choose pickup/return dates/times and submit your request.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email (check spam if needed).

  • Unfortunately as per the terms of the rental agreement, we will need to charge you the costs of either replacing or repairing the item(s). After evaluation of the costs of said replacing or repairing we will issue you with a separate invoice. Alternatively you can repair or replace the item(s) on your own and return it to us in working order within 15 days.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for the rented equipment if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned and if they are not already booked for the required extended period. To do so, please contact our team to discuss availability and your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the equipments' continued availability. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing needs.
