How To Rent

If this is your first time renting from us, here’s a quick guide to our simple process. We’ve minimized bureaucracy to get you the gear you need—fast.

Step 1: Browse & Reserve

Create an account on SyndicateRental.com (or log in if you’re a returning client).

Select your gear and add it to your cart.

Choose pickup/return dates/times and submit your request.

You’ll receive a confirmation email (check spam if needed).

Step 2: Review & Approve

Our team will send you a custom quote based on:

Rental duration (minimum 24 hours; early returns still incur a full day’s rate).

Your client tier (returning clients get preferential rates).

Step 3: Pick Up & Return

🕒 Hours: Mon-Fri 12AM-6PM

Weekend Rentals:

For weekend events, gear can be picked up Friday after 6 PM and returned Monday by 12 PM.

For rentals outside of office hours with less than 24h notice and rentals to be picked-up or returned during weekends we perceive an additional fee of at least 100 RON / 20 euros but proportional to the package size and influenced by very early/late hours and other extraordinary circumstances.

Late Returns:

Communicate delays ASAP! Late returns may incur fees or affect future rentals.

⏱ Late Returns → 1-hour grace period → then 25% hourly fee

No-show returns = full replacement cost

Damages:

Report issues immediately. Unfortunately as per the terms of the rental agreement, we will need to charge you the costs of either replacing or repairing the item(s). After evaluation of the costs of said replacing or repairing we will issue you with a separate invoice. Alternatively you can repair or replace the item(s) on your own and return it to us in working order within 15 days.

🔋 Gear Care:

Test all equipment at pickup. We are not liable for the functioning of the equipment once it leaves our premises after succesful testing prior to pick-up.

If issues do arise please report them to us within 1 hour.
